FAQ

We’ve collected a list of frequently asked questions with answers for your convenience. Remember to review the park rules.

Can we get a copy of the waiver (liability release) to fill out in advance?
Absolutely. You can download the liability release waiver in advance of arriving at the park by clicking on the link.

Are there any age, height or weight restrictions for park activities?
There are no age or height restrictions on most activities at the park. In general, if you have the strength and courage to climb up or jump off … you’re good to go. Zip lines and rock climbing do have a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds. Some special activities – including the Discover Scuba program – do have minimum age requirements.

Can I bring food and drinks to the park?
Yes, but do not bring glass or alcohol. Pack out what you pack in and please use the garbage cans. Coolers are welcome, but subject to inspection by the park staff. You can not bring your own grill, but we do offer grilled food for sale at our concession stand.

What’s the deal with the life jackets?
For your safety, life jackets or wetsuits must be worn when in the water or walking on the docks.

Is there a charge for parking?
No. Free parking is available. A complimentary transportation to the front gate is available.

What thickness of wetsuit is acceptable?
The suit must provide you with flotation. In general, suits should be a minimum of 3mm thick.

What activities would I need to rent equipment for?
We provide everything you need for rock climbing and wakeboarding. There is no charge for the use of lifejackets. You can bring your own kayak, snorkeling or scuba gear – or rent from us.

What should we wear on our feet?
It is strongly suggested that you wear water shoes at all times. You will be more comfortable when walking on land. You can also wear a pair of old sneakers or flip flops.

What are the park hours?
We always keep the hours of the park up-to-date on our website.

Can I go into the park to check the place out?
No. Everyone entering the park must sign a liability release waiver and pay an admission fee. We do have a viewing wall where you can see the entire park.

Do I need to pay to get in even if I am not doing any of the activities?
Yes. All visitors to the park must purchase the General Swimming pass or an Adventure Sports pass.

I’m planning a large party or event, can I get an official tour inside the park?
Yes. You may make an appointment with us for a tour. You will be required to complete a liability release waiver and wear a life jacket on the docks.

What is your inclement weather policy?
Thunder and lightening will close the park for a minimum of 30 minutes. When/if the storm passes, the park will reopen. No refunds, but if you have been in the park for less than one hour when the storm hits, rainchecks are available.

Can you make special arrangements for birthday parties or other events?
Sure. Check out our Groups page.

Do you rent kayaks?
Yup.

Do you have any food?
We bring our own lunch and generally don’t like to share, but we do have a snack bar on-site that features cold drinks, snacks, a grilling station with hot dogs and hamburgers, plus pre-made sandwiches.
