Brownstone Exploration & Discovery Park hosted their first ever Plunge-into-Spring Event, March 20th. This was the kick-off to another successful year of adventure at Brownstone, with proceeds going to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
“The weather was perfect. We could not have had a better day,” said Sean Hayes, General Manager and CFO for Brownstone Exploration and Discovery Park. “This is what Brownstone is all about action, adventure and enjoying the great outdoors. We want the kids that Connecticut Children’s Medical Center helps to be well enough to get back into action.”
Brave jumpers leapt from heights ranging from 10 feet to 30 feet and raised $500 in donations. Brownstone Exploration and Discovery Park has matched that amount and will present the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center with a $1,000 donation.
