**Youth groups also receive complementary General Swimming Passes for chaperons on a 10 to 1 ratio. Group admission discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
Facilities for Groups
Available on first come first serve basis. Half-day rentals are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Maximum Capacity: Beach = 300+ people, Pergola = 75 people, Party Barge = 15 people, Large Dock = eight people.
Amenities: Beach and Pergolas come with picnic tables. Dock and party barge come with picnic table and canopy.

Overnight Accommodations: We have arranged corporate rate plan with recommended hotels in the areas.
Live Entertainment: Brownstone has used various musical performers and will provide referrals to all groups.
All visitors must purchase either General Swimming Pass or Adventure Pass. Group pricing is listed at the top of this page.
